While it's perfectly fine to wait until the start of the program to begin your Kitchen Cleanout and Restock, you're also welcome to get a head start if you like! Use the attached handouts (Foods to Enjoy and Foods to Avoid) to guide you as you purge your pantry of junk food and restock your refrigerator with nutrient-dense, health-promoting foods!
Tip: if you open the PDFs on your phone and take a screenshot, you'll always have them handy at the grocery store or farmer's market!
As I mentioned in the introduction, there are certain products that I recommend throughout this program. None of these are required, though I do consider them all valuable tools that I use myself. The most vital of these is the Wahoo TICKR Heart Rate Monitor (or similar) for tracking HR during aerobic workouts and HRV (Heart Rate Variability) measurements.
